I am 49 years young (not old) and a Mum of four beautiful daughters. I have many years of various life experiences and some, which, have pushed me to the extremes. I have attended various therapies for these experiences such as CBT, Bereavement Counselling and at one point I was referred to the 'Together Womens Project', who were women that had suffered mental and domestic abuse. After losing my Father 7 years ago and the continuing anxiety, stress and decline in my mental health I decided that I would like to help people like myself, who have been through battles in life that have left them feeling less than their actual worth.

Over the last few years I have been studying the many modalities that are used to create a positive mindset, changing beliefs that have prevented you from moving forward, being more motivated, becoming the person you have only dreamed you could be, gaining more confidence, motivation, selfcare, minimising negativity, being positive and looking after No. 1, which is YOU!!!

Our mind is automatically set to react to any negative activity or sudden impact, allowing us to store this in our mindset.

PMR is the clenching and relaxing of your muscles to train your brain to be composed and calm.

We see so many posts all over Social Media telling us to Manifest our desires and if you believe in the Law of Attraction we will attract everything we manifest!

As we have a natural thought process of thinking negative thoughts, this will prevent us to believe that we can actually Manifest or attract anything, true? This is false, we were born into this world, with no thoughts at all.
The first 7 years of our lives is where our beliefs & thought processes are formed. This is where manifestation comes into fruition.

We learn so much from our upbringing and experiences so if this means our parents telling us we are not good enough, not receiving affection, we can't do certain things etc. then this effects our beliefs and emotions as we continue to grow.

Not all beliefs and experiences have to be negative, they can be something that just made you feel silly, which now prevents you from feeling able to confront that situation now!
​
This is where changing our belief systems comes into fruition. All our past beliefs are not actual facts they are a series of events that we have trained our brain to store to become our beliefs!!!!

A good diet keeps our bodies in a healthy form even if it means having a few substitutes from foods we have a habit of eating that are not particularly healthy.

Regular exercise keeps us fit, active and has a positive effect on our mindset and our goals.
​
It doesn't mean you have to cut out foods you enjoy, it's a compromise on portion size and substitution. With exercise, it could mean just going for a short walk and building up on a daily/weekly basis.
